This is what I have seen my entire life, from the little boy in elementary school who said to the teacher, "You're just saying that because I'm black!" to a respected black man that I know who bitched to me about how white people brought about his failures in life, but never mentioned even the smallest thing that he did that may have influenced the decisions that the whites had made.
They are always the victims. Even when whites improve their own standard of living, blacks consider it a detriment to them, and they call it "gentrification." Personally, I call that "evolution."
