Drug enforcement works about as well as prohibition in the US did. It only creates a massive opening for organized crime to fill.

reagan admin started this campaign and now theres tens of thousands of govt employees because of it. from the fed level to the local level. it will never go away. also prisons/jails are making money as well. this is here to stay. like herpes. theres no cure.
