I had to watch it several times and the car was moving backwards at first however I can't tell if the driver is real or a fake 🤔 whatever it is who ever made that has way to much time on their hands😆

I think from my best guess is a mini electric car with a bunch of props in it including a fake human since the submarine telescope thing moved around with no input from the driver.
That makes sense👍 Plus it would be a big problem for the driver to get in and out without clouding up the water. Thanks @Pachinko 👍😉
