Not meant to have a motorcycle

Are you gonna file a lawsuit?

Also if you took some motorcycle course with a professional you might feel more confident again?
The Yamaha R1 is a high performance sport bike. I went to a motorcycle safety class, and track school.
I don’t think a lawsuit will be necessary because a settlement is close to being reached. Lawyers get 33 1/3 %, so they take a big part of the settlement.

Ok but maybe going again and getting updated info or a new teacher and perspective would help you get over the fear you now are going to have for a while and ok I was more saying for injury not for the damage to bikes when I mentioned a lawsuit btw

I haven’t been on a motorcycle in 20 years. They have definitely become incredibly fast. The motorcycle that I thought was fast way back then, is slow by today’s standards.

In the spring, I bought a Yamaha R1. This monster is literally A jet airplane that does not fly. I put about 500 miles on it during the summer being really careful. I started to get really good. It felt like a part of me in the turns I’ve just enjoyed the summer with it. It really brought a smile to my face.

I have all the fancy leather equipment, the jacket with the spine protector gloves, racing boots, Shoei helmet the works. I know what you’re thinking. I went too fast in a turn or did something stupid and got into a really bad accident.

I’m not more than 5 miles from my house sitting at a traffic light. A 17-year-old girl on her phone slammed into me. Luckily, the speed limit was only 30 and I think she was only doing about 20 when she hit me. I came up on the hood. My helmet hit her windshield and smashed it. I was also on my back. I didn’t really get very hurt from it just a little bit sore and a few small bruises. The leather has some deep gashes on it from the window and I’m sure the helmet probably is not reusable. from the impact,
I’m on the ground near where the bike was, and she pushed the motorcycle all the way into the intersection. An 18 wheeler and a few cars ended up running it over. It is definitely totaled.
I think this time I am not going get any more motorcycles. I was just trying to feel young, and have a little fun. I enjoy my sports car, but it is just not the same. I definitely understand the thrill of a motorcycle but I am way too scared to get on a new bike.
To many inconsistencies in the story to be believed.. just another shit post.

There are no inconsistencies, very simple, straightforward. Maybe you live your life through other people and like to complain.
Just curious how your leathers got all torn up if you say the accident wasn't all that bad.
You tore your leather on what window? Thought you said you landed on the hood? Inconsistencies.. so yeah, skeptical 🫤 🙄

Why don’t you get a copy of the police report? I have sort of moved on from here, and have better things to do. The windshield also suffered significant damage.

This seems to be your go to response.
  1. Tell a bullshit story or make ridiculous unbelievable claims
  2. Get called out for your lies
  3. Reply with a sense of faux indignation
You're a child.

But I do have a question. Where does the 13214 in your profile name come from? Zip code by chance? Syracuse isn't exactly known as a center for you fund manager types :rollseyes2:
