To be fair, that IS a narrow as fuck road for 2-lanes of traffic. I don;t think it's just chinks that would have issues with that.
I agree women drivers would have issues too.
I live in the middle of nowhere and my "highway" home is a similar road. No one randomly drives into the ditch.
