Last week a woman supposedly stole a bottle of alcohol from Kroger, Employee tells the cops and she is shot and killed (along with her unborn child) trying to drive off at 2 mph.

Sambo here destroys property and a car in excess of 100K and they don't do shit.

Can't tell if your upset she got shot, or if he didn't get shot. Either way, he didn't pose an immediate threat to anyone's life. Meanwhile, she decided to take off with a cop directly in front of her. Yes he should have the book thrown at him, but he didn't deserve to get shot.
