Even though India has allot of faults. It's still very terrible, there may have been good and honest people who died.

Speculation is that the pilot told the copilot “landing gear up” and the idiot pulled the “flaps up”. Nose is up. Tail is down. But its falling from the sky vs gaining altitude. Landing gear is down the whole time vs it should be retracted by 10-15sec. Ooops

Like most airliner crashes like this one (who died isn’t the point, like thread title wants to portray) I tend to follow any updates as to cause. This Air India crash, or its ‘investigation’ seems to be doing a lot of circles.
The most current theme is that of “human error”, not “pilot error”, but “human.” This could mean anything: engineers, flight controllers, company, execs, fuel guys, or eye-witnesses.
Boeing investigators are not on the scene, or the panel. The CVR, located in the front of the plane, first was said to be too damaged to get info from Well yeah, the front of the plane doesn’t exist), then was going to be sent to the States, now Indian investigators are saying they’ve downloaded its contents: but are mum.
The rear black box (FDR) has also had its data downloaded. Still no release of what they contained or didn’t contain, as speculation flies about what happened.
Relatives of the victims are slowly being handed over the remains of their dead folks - ID’ing them not easy, wonder why.
There are more of these Dreamliners out there so best not to take one just yet.
