I don't know what the hell happened, but I don't think that was a heart attack. In my very limited medical understanding, you don't do heart compressions unless you're certain that someone's heart has stopped. Doing that can cause a beating heart to stop, or so they told me. There's no way that this guy would sit up had that been a heart attack. You GG experts, tell me if I'm wrong.
Interesting situation. He hadn’t arrested like @CunningLinguist said. He was moving during chest compressions, and tried to stop them at one point.
He may have been on the way there, but potentially just fainted as he saw the price of his new bling (or he’s typically unhealthy).
Or, he was simply trying to steal from them.
But they called his bluff and decided to break a few ribs to ensure he paid 😂.

Why were they doing chest compressions on a man who's heart hasn't stopped? Looking at the age of the guy he's lucky they didn't crack his sternum. That looked more like a T.I.A. to me because he leaned to the right. Could have been a simple faint but I would have expected him to fall forward or backwards for that. It could possibly have been a cardia related episode, low blood pressure etc but he did not need chest compressions.
Wow they actually helped, something the Chinese would never do!
