This is one of those situations where the victims name is also the sound made when the injury occurred 😂.

that would be a great Cause of Death report: plywood traveling at 40 mph fractured all neck bones of man smoking cigarrette while working.

Now that i think about it, i guess, officially speaking, smoking contributed to this guys death.

A 45-year-old worker at a plywood factory was killed when, whilst climbing onto a machine to free up a piece of plywood, the piece suddenly flew out at high speed and struck him directly in the head. The impact was so severe that the worker, identified as Janak, immediately lost consciousness and fell to the ground. Fellow workers rushed him to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Janak's family has levelled serious allegations of negligence in safety measures against the factory management. They stated that workers are not provided with helmets or other safety equipment.
