Constantly laughing at the world
He likely drops food for them and has trained them to come when he plays that stupid flute. They're all fat as hell cos he over fed them trying to train them for two years 
The raccoons are eating in the video. This guy is pretending like he's some sort of Pied Piper, but all he is doing is making the wildlife unhealthy. It's like what people do to themselves, to their children, and to their fat pets. Disturbing.
