No, and it isn't covered by mine either. My docs say there's nothing to be done but, because they're cheap imo but, I've only ever met one person that had surgery for their carpel tunnels that said surgery helped but, the couple others I spoke to said it didn't help much. I have never asked or met anyone who's had PRP injections.

I had the release done on both wrists some years ago, a year apart, by two different surgeons. LH was a success and a vast improvement... but that doc retired and the RH surgery a year later did nothing. 🙄
