Hopefully the prisoner was a nonce and gets beaten like that on random everyday
No, this is from last week. Our new Attorney General has implemented some changes in courtroom procedure relating to ethnic minorities.
I think it started then but the price of setting up a prison webcam vs transporting someone from prison to court (especially if you know they are going right back there afterwards) probably made them count their sheckles.
