Judge Napolitano got his show canceled from Fox after this monologue. It was 12 or 13 years ago when Barack Husain Obama was President.

All he did is ask some serious questions we should all be asking. His questions are as pertinent today as they were then.

This is not an anti-Trump hit piece. He did this episode before Trump was even nominated the first time. He is questioning the power of the Feds and the steps taken by the Federal Government after 9/11, like making the Patriot Act, a supposedly temporary action taken to help us win “The War on Terror”. The Patriot Act stripped US Citizens of numerous constitutional rights and made concepts like censorship acceptable…

The Judge knows and loves the US Constitution and this is an honest, eye opening take on the powers the US Federal Government has given itself as it strips states and citizens of their Constitutional rights.

the Constitution seems to be a dead letter nowadays...for example, congress (legislative) is supposed to deal with tariffs, not the president (executive)

it disturbs me that there is no continuity to trade pacts...why are auto companies being punished now for following the law (NAFTA then USMCA)
