It was first assumed as a car bomb because of the area of damage and fire.
However, people have seen a car going 100 mph or faster, hit a fence go airborne and then explode upon impact killing both passengers. Some reports say it was a tesla.
Not much is left of the vehicle at all, damage to the structures are pretty decent.

No one knows the exact reason suicide, stupidity or someone trying to kill others.
