It's a little difficult to see but the second asshole was in on it also. Right after he pulls up his pants he starts to move to help his partner, his plans change after he catches a bullet with his belly button. I hope the shooter doesn't get caught, they will crucify him for defending himself. The head shot was absolutely necessary, saved us taxpayers from footing the medical bills and prison time.
