Next to the GAZelle Next, which belonged to the deceased, a car caught fire. The man climbed into his minibus to drive it away, but the GAZelle was already filled with smoke. He still managed to drive away, but immediately crashed into a building.

Opening the drivers window to let the fire in the van was his first mistake.
Then opening the windows on passenger side to get a good back draft was 2nd mistake.
Then driving to get a ram air effect feeding it even more was his last mistake.
