Beat me to it!!! That's a sweet ride about to be restored! For ME, it's a Granada gold '72 short body Monte Carlo with a stroked;polished 350 V-8 and totally modern, manual driveline, suspension, and hydraulics.
The electricals, lights, security, rf, and a/v systems, OTOH, I will handle personally.
I don't know if I'd recommend the impact-absorption method, but he did stop the car from getting damaged
