I've been searching ... but no joy - the only clue was a post on X, where it said above this vid : "Chinese tenants" but that is not very solid information.

(For that matter, hoarding is a global phenomenon. My former upstairs neighbour was a hoarder, OMG, I was in there once.... indescribable - speaking of Holland.)

that's nothing. My brother is a hoarder and it was piled much higher than this, about halfway between the floor and the ceiling, just everywhere, even in the non-functioning bathroom tub piled high with stuff (the toilet itself still worked). We had it all cleaned out and repaired at great expense and hope for the best, although i believe he's back on the same path. There's only so much i can take, so i begged off.
