It's funny because its true! But that's also the reason such events are so rare. It is so rare for a white to hurt or kill a black that when it does happen it's international news. But when blacks hurt or kill eachother it doesn't even make the news - sometimes it doesn't even make it to the overall crime statistics records because it goes unreported.
