The last 5 years have seen such a huge change all over.

A staggeringly large proportion of patients on our out of hours lists are non-UK. I genuinely think the NHS would survive if we got rid of the flood of immigrants.

Loads of patients can’t speak English, and clearly have no plans to try to learn. My city spends around £1M a year on interpreting services, so multiply that around the UK!

Then we have the added issue of phone zombies leading to people becoming wet lettuces that can’t look after themselves let alone stand up for their country.

We have countless patients in their 20’s coming in with chest pain thinking they are dying, but really it’s just a bit of anxiety. There are much more of these cases than pre-covid. Trans patients are not allowed to be flagged on their records anymore, so that causes all sorts of issues as a doctor.

Muslim patients throw away unbelievable amounts of medication after finding out they contain gelatine in the capsule. It’s probably in the billions per year wasted on this!

By the way my kids talk, it seems their generation may actually flip things round the right way in future. So there may be hope.

I totally agree. I hate the uk. I’m 57 and feel my gen had the best times as kids. I don’t recognise my country anymore. We’re sitting watching these fucking muzzzlim vermin coming here getting free private treatment, dentists, Dr’s, jollies out an 4* hotels. They have been raping little girls and females of all age and it’s been covered cup by the tories and these liebour cunts.

People are now taking to the streets and the whole country is a powder keg. There’s way more of us patriots than the antifa cunts and way more of us than the cops. I once respected the police, but they operate in a two tier system and are as bad as the nasty lefty protesters. I feel if it kicks off and the army are called in, they will side with us because they see their ex vets left on the streets. They themselves are out in shitholes whilst these fucking nigger muzzrats get treated in hotels that most of us couldn’t afford to go to.

125 million on Translating 2 years ago it will be more now.20 mil for courts and 19 mil for the police. They told us years ago you would have to pass an English and History test to get in here.
