meh .. people treat their phones and internet with more value than heating or electricity (though you need it to recharge devices) if anyone simply knocked out phone service people would utterly lose their shit and go insane, then attack each other .. eventually leading to zombie styled cannibalism. I'll be completely fine as I hate phones and don't rely on them , but I'd miss the internet in the short term but it will come back. In the meantime I'll enjoy the spoils of all the unwatched hoards of shit I stole off the net this past ten years that I still haven't watched yet and ignore the muffled sounds of mayhem outside my tightly closed windows and order bulk noodle packs from Amazon.
