Dude must have osteoporosis - his bones exploded from a 6 foot fall. The forearm and nose make sense but his pelvis?

A fractured hip was listed but no other pelvic injuries. The left hip fx makes sense as he fell directly on it with his full weight and his left leg may have been leading a bit so I would expect a femoral head fx. Does this help explain it a bit better?
