Large gethering like that you have to design for 100 psf live load minimim, the wood beams looked way over-spanned and way undersized, you got to check for shear, bending moment, bearing distance, and various other factors amd size the beams correctly, one thing good about wood you can see it deforming for a while before failure, concrete would have been instant
