These apartments seem common over there always bared up ?? There's another video of someone burning alive with same looking apartment
Breathe deeply; you may pass out and be spared the pain of burning.
why can't the other persons throw water they were in the appartment next door they could easily do it, why don't they run to the bathroom collect water or from the kitchen or toilet whatever and thow it constantly ? and the fire department was there why aren't they shooting water at the person , I am sure any of it it would help a lot,
there should be a fence in it

Asian people think differently to us.
I remember back packing through Malaysia and Thailand in the 1980's and staying in death traps like these. Bars over the windows look like they'll keep you safe... until the fire starts the wrong side of the door way...
I was aware of the risk at the time... no other option...
