Looks like the had just stole the bike and the guy got it back
I had to watch it several times but I believe the guy that took off on the bike was in kahoot's with the guys that made the u turn. They were trying to stop the vehicle and the guy was waiting on the other side of the median to help with the car jacking🤔 he hauled ass and left his partners before the police show up.
