They dont get a free pass. Its a contract sport. Basketball is not. I dont play either but assuming your going to feel enraged if someone contacted you roughly and the refs didn't see it. Testosterone adrenaline takes over and its time to dance. In recent years the NHL has taken much of the contact out of the sport and fights. Less contact = less fights. Bigger penalties and suspensions etc.

They're all grossly overpaid and overrated prima donnas, pampered and powdered by their employers regardless of what sport they're representing. The faggotry started a couple of decades or so ago. Even motor racing is a farce; Formula 1 cars are just like a giant Scalextric game.
