haha! I never flossed when very young, and rarely as an young adult, but after losing 5 molars, i do now regularly. It's better because my gums have all receded quite a bit, so it makes flossing that much easier now. Flossing before bedtime, sometimes huge chunks come out from under my implants reminding me of what i had for breakfast.

usually before, it's the only logical way

i also read that the vax will now be put in dental floss. because the mouth is super absorbent for things and it will be most effective instead of the shot.
