I'm living in the Uk now and i Tip delivery. If it's an 18£ delivery ill give like 3 to 4, 5 if they quick. If I'm out eating and food is good, service is good. Ill give like a 5er to 10er if i spend like 25/30 on a meal. If i go somewhere posh then obviously more. It's not mandatory to Tip here but i do anyway cos I WANT TOO. If i lived somewhere where people expected it and were very rude i have to admit. It WOULD put me off. I tip taxi drivers too in cash. This video is an example of the shamples that is America and the tipping culture. He basically got a 25% tip and still isn't happy! The issue is this is actually single handedly putting me off visiting America!!
Is there a rule regarding tips? Why should they be relying on us tipping them to make a decent wage?

Of course they are getting paid something... Min wage probably like the people here in my country. Hence why it's nice to go outta our way to give them something.Unskilled worthless waiters and waitresses are making min wage even if they get zero tips.
They always lie and say they don’t get paid min wage.
