The cameramans panic made me laugh. Then the screaming... thats what did it for me.
Him being run over is a result of his actions, can you be expected not to laugh?
I like to speculate what makes a person do this..
Like maybe he's trying to stop the driver leaving so police make him pay for that broken stuff, but the truck driver can't afford to lose another social credit or he'll become a sewer cleaner again so he just mows down the old guy

I'm not sure exactly, but in a lot of Asian countries it's very common scam for an old person to run into somebody and then act injured and tell the police it's your fault. I've seen this myself travelling around, they won't even try and act injured at all they just try and make it as loud as embarrassing as possible until you give them bribe money. Some of them even try and attack you if you ignore them, or like this, sit in front of your vehicle so you can't go anywhere until they see that gibs.
In every time I've seen this in real life, usually cars ahead of me thankfully, I've always wished the guy up front would run them over. One time it was a fat Filipino bitch in market with one shitty ass narrow road through the whole area.
