Finding/Playing really hard, complex or just obscure games. It's incredibly satisfying when you finally get the feel of one of these games down, or finding stuff that few other people know about gives a pretty nice feeling.

Learning in general. I'm a big history buff, currently trying to learn Japanese and am taking a couple of online courses and lectures on different topics relating to science.

Currently trying to learn how to edit and make a few YouTube videos, don't expect anything to come from it but the process of editing and making scripts is incredibly rewarding.
