Luis Miguel is quite internationally famous, even though he only sings in Spanish, is from Mexico and was never interested in becoming a Ricky Martin. He's also fine as fuck and has a beautiful voice. I speak mostly English and I love him, uh um, his music rather.

As far as I've read in this thread, people think that being talented is the same as being famous worldwide... Which is a really incorrect mindset, Mariah Carey is a really talented singer and famous, yet here in Mexico nobody knows her so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I enjoy the way he sings, is not because of the his vocals and technique, he is really expressive in his singing. The way he sings "Hasta que me olvides" is impressive, the bridge is pure gold.
I don't agree with the "Luis Miguel is a talented singer" thing, if anything he achieved the vocals by being exploited by his father, who was a musician, although he has a nice tone and that's a thing that not every singer has.
