Looks like Mexican cockroaches and all that dirt coming out of the box is their shit.

I believe those are German cockroaches (Blattella germanica) @PinkE, and a whole colony of them in there at various ages, too. The line on the adult's back identifies them. Each tiny black spec is their excrement. Guten Appetit!

We have them regularly living between the wood in the sawmill.
The local German sort is 'harmless' and easy to extinct (for a while) if they became too much. But don't stomp on them, or you have them in your car or house one day. The females carry the eggs with them.
