What do you collect?

Yep, they get hot,and there's only one way you would know that. You didn't touch the motor but one time, did you?
Well... Depending on the fan. The ones I collect are Emersons. The motor doesn't get hot at all. The one in my bedroom was made in 1934. It has been running 24/7 since April. You can touch the moter and it is still cool to the touch and virtually soundless.

I have a few that are going to hit 100 years old next year and another nice one that is 101 years old. All work perfectly.

Thanks for that. Shall look into it. Cheers
The Sydney Morning Herald on Sundays has a full list of all auctions . I haven't looked but I would assume that up coming auctions would also be listed on-line

How about posting some pics of the thirty+ guitars you own.
That's not a collector thing , but OK I'll grab the camera and take a few pics of what I think are the best ones { maybe 1 group shot too }

I collect miniature Beatles guitars.

I collect vinyls and cassettes. Mainly limited black metal records, but I have some others too. The collection is quite small at the moment, but slowly improving.
I also thought about collecting whiskey bottles, but I don't have any free space for them.

I collect recyclables and then open up a small vendor shop in Venice, CA and turn an ordinary plastic bottle in to some useless trinket to try and get people to buy off me.
