Statistically speaking, they'll do that to themselves one way or another. There is almost no long term survival rate for recidivist felons. Most likely will steal from someone they know and get murdered or simply, with the option of honest work gone due to numerous felony convictions, fall into crippling poverty and prostitution/substance abuse, fentanyl being the cheapest drug with an almost 100% fatality rate within 10 years and practically 0% recovery rate. You can thank the Chinese for flooding the market with such cheap and deadly drugs that it acts almost as an insecticide against America's dregs with leftist cities in particular turning a blind eye to it, the more of their constituency on it the less they question authority, the more they believe empty promises, the easier they are to be manipulated.
