games What Game Are You Currently Playing?

You can also start naked and alone with one colonist but you're lucky if you live a few days

Reminds me a bit of the 'Ravage' mod for Arma 3 I'm playing sometimes. The 'plot' is: you're an escapee on a big, plague/radiation infested island and have to deal with hunger, thirst, tiredness etc. plus bandits and the sick inhabitants (kind of zombies). You're armed only with a handgun first and almost no supplies. On max. reality settings you'll survive only some hours mostly. Has still flaws, i.e. no melee action (fist fight or strike with rifle's butt) is possible for the player, but the 'zombies' can do that. Very bad.

I have to divide my time between:
Arma 3
Il-2 Stormovik series (four different parts)
Rimworld
Total War series (three parts and I'm trying to use real old tactics now)
and planned to look into Stellaris and XCom again.
Some years ago I thought I'm ready with this stuff, but that was before I made my Steam account.

Ahh, hello Jason.
I have played some of the Resident Evil and Silent Hill games as survival horror. SH had some crazy odd monsters.
I played some silent hill. I don't like first person much though. Jason is fun, starts out with 8 people. One is randomly picked to be Jason and they have to kill the others before they escape (or before 20 minutes is up).

Do you mean the view you look into the surrounding in the game? For me it's the exact opposite, best is when you can change between 1st and 3rd. I remember I liked 3rd person view in Morrowind or Oblivion where you have sword fights against two or more enemies, you could overview the situation better.
Yeah I like 3rd person. Apparently in Red Dead Redemption 2, you can switch between 1st and 3rd.
