Yep, don’t work with them! They are lazy and will use every excuse to push their workload on to you if you are gullible enough. Other times they will walk around the like they have been promoted and act like the boss even though they haven’t been promoted.
Best strategy is to focus on your own workload and completely ignore anything they say to you. Good news is that they are really stupid and will always screw up any simple task they have been assigned. Another strategy too is always film any interaction with them after they screw up because iv had occasions where they actually tried to put the blame on me. I always got out of those situations by telling management to check the cameras or showed footage that I recorded which they did and proved that it was the Street Shitter that fucked up.
Usually what happens is they can’t control themselves around the white female coworkers and always get dismissed for sexual harassment. Having white female coworkers is always a blessing in that regard.
But yes, NEVER WORK WITH PAJEETS!!
