Communication between couples is supposed to be habitual and candid. Not this big meeting they have to do once a year. Not some expectation of filling all the boxes to meet an expectation. Not collecting gripes to fill a piece of paper with later on. I almost want to call this a detriment. Even if they are trying to improve themselves, they're just doing it an incredibly wrong way.Even though they are werid, smart they are wiriitng their relatuinship down. They may end up being the 15% of couples that make it.
Those 15 percent are couples you mention are ones who habitually check bases real quick maybe twice a month. They communicate where they're at, how they feel, how the intimacy is, and why. When something comes up for these people, there's no, "We'll talk about this later." They just talk even if it's less than 5 minutes, and then move the hell on.
