What's your favourite H? I'd have to say a Tikka Masala but my own Korma recipe is a very close second.

I used to do my missis Korma under duress because it's her favourite but I love a Korma now,plain old Madras is my go to curry with Biryani a close second,was watching some Indian woman on Netflix last week for her Madras she did all the usual onions and garlic long and slow then the spices etc and I'm thinking yes ok love we know all this then she chopped up carrots and cabbage cooked for a bit in boiling water drained it and threw it in a blender,then it goes in the sauce,fucking new one on me that but not had the balls to try it yet.
