I did a cap off. Yeah a cap off.
It started as an 11lbs turkey. I cook it @ 425 uncovered for 60 mins then turn it down to 330 and cover it.
I lifted the center section out (am I talking WRX?) and it fell apart on the tongs (am I talking drilling rigs?)
I flopped it out onto a pan and lifted the caps off (am I talking mexican cartel?) Although I could of made a soup, I have no time for that shit right now, and everything but the caps went into the junk pile (am I talking auto recycler?)
I mashed spuds with 1/4 lbs of butter and some cream. Obviously made a pan gravy and had cranberries by the bushel.
Just another meal in paradise. The weather is here...wish you were fine.
