It's flour, eggs, banana and brown sugar. After it's cooled down a bit I'll take a slice and put a tablespoon of butter on it.

It's been too long since I've had duck, since I left Vancouver 20 yrs ago. They hang in the windows of little Chinese shops everywhere. So good with steamed greens and noodles or rice or pho.

Was feeling extra stupid tonight so I marinated an outer skirt steak with Arby's sauce. All I used was soy sauce, orange juice, olive oil, and Arby's sauce and it's easily the best skirt steak I've ever made what the fuck.
