What's on the menu tonight?

Never heard of tempeh until now, so I Googled it. Fried onions are delicious and the tempeh is intriguing. I found some on Amazon, but I have no idea which brands would work for your recipe. Would you mind sharing the brand of tempeh if it's store bought? Is there any sort of recipe or steps for preparation?
It's delicious, I only eat it fried (but not too long, it shouldn't be "crackly" crispy, that will decrease the nutritional value).

You can buy it in any well supplied supermarket in the US, at least according to my checking just now. Mostly it comes in slabs, vacuum packaged in plastic (perhaps you could even get it in some store for tropical foods, wrapped in banana leaves, the traditional Indonesian way).

I eat it because it has been proven to boost memory (and for the protein and because it's tasty and filling, 193 calories per 100 gram).

Here is the insanely long Wikipedia article on Tempeh:

If you google "tempeh recipes" you'll get a frustrating number of search results, so take your pick!

Good luck !

Okay, thanks for a relatively useless answer.

Currently making an Icelandic rye bread (Rúgbrauð)
7 more hrs in the oven
Done. It’s about as authentic as I’ve come across. Going to let it cool over night, slice it thin and eat it with smoked mussels and onions tmw for breakfast
