The clocktower games are fun too, they birthed the persuer genre,(dead by daylight and Jason) they rereleased clocktower rewind for the switch, it's a snes game that was released in Japan and had no western port. It's a lot of fun if you're into retro games.

Rule of Rose probably my all time favorite. Fatal Frame 3 is the most terrifying to me and second fave horror game.

Silent hill 4 was one of the best by far

While 2 is my fave, I’ll agree 4 is really great. So looked over in the franchise…it’s really terrifying esp the opening before the start screen.

I don't like horror games, I think they're stupid
Resident Evil series was really a big favorite among many people who like horror games, I just got annoyed with it because I was constantly stuck and I hate this stupid zombie theme
Or I like shooting games, like the Battlefield series or the Medal Of Honor series in the past
Or I like city-building games like Age Of Empires in the past or the Civilization series more recently
I prefer games where you can move freely because they're more realistic (this isn't true for Medal Of Honor because you're still drifting with the events there, so maybe Battlefield 4 is better or Escape From Tarkov)
The Elder Scrolls 4 and 5 Skyrim was also a big favorite, although it was already a fantasy game and the music for the game was also very good, there were a million options to choose from. The 6th part is now being released in July, if everything is true
