Yep, the potential for mudslides is going to be big in the burn areas. I live on the edge of the foothills, not a problem for me.

lgotta watch for flash flooding also. just hope the washes don't get too overloaded. you guys still have dips in the road,or are there bridges over them now? you know theres always some asshole who decides to go thru the dips,even when theres only a few inches of water. people underestimate the power of flowing water
