We have had more heat related deaths this year than Cancer, Snakebites, Dui car accidents as well as normal car accidents.

Goddamn Arizona is a beautiful state, but that is just temps that humans aren't made to live in. I am tempted to move to AZ because of how much cheaper it is than here in CA, but I don't know if I could deal with that shit 4-5 months out of the year.

Here is the thing. You wanna live here in the valley? You have to go through 4, Months of hell for 8, Months of Pleasure and honestly it's only three or so months on average not four. I have been here now for 12 years and honestly this years the only one that ive ive felt like it's just to much. I would suggest moving here now if you can before it get's way to expensive but if you do your typical rent for a nice home is about $1,800-$2,900 A month. You can buy a home with a 20% down payment way way cheaper than Renting here. I am buying my home and i am paying $2.240.00 a month were if i was buying it would be easily paying low $3K a month My friend was lucky enough to get a place 5, years ago with $30K Down and pays less than $1K
Hurry if your going to move here as the rent prices has went up almost 8% Alone since November and if you make less than $18 and hour don't count on renting a home here even Apartments are starting around $1K.
There is some other places to live here if you want a happy medium like Flagstaff, Sedona area, Cottonwood and Prescott all nice and much much cheaper.
