We're not bothered about him he looks a bit chinky.
When a game is 1 hour long and takes 2-3 hours to complete then it becomes very tedious, also, stop start stop start, every time a player catches the ball the game stops ffs, I've got time to cook a 3 course meal in between stoppages.
It's like headless chickens chasing an egg.. funny at first, then you'd rather watch cartoons on another channel..

American Football is something someone has to grow up on. I played football from 7 years old into high school. One thing about American football that many other sports don't teach, and that is to take a hit and get back up.

I think it's not a matter of liking or disliking. Each country has their sports and people from other countries probably don't understand the rules of the game so there is no interest. I know squat about cricket or Australian rules football so I don't watch them but that doesn't mean I "dislike" those sports.
We have rugby. Which is simular i guess. Apart from no helmets..Can't say I've ever watched American footy. Here we have football too.

We play a tougher game (Rugby)without any of that padding/helmets etc. Looks like thay're dressed for bomb disposal.
It’s hard to quantify if rugby is tougher than nfl football. Different training, different strategies, just different games.
Some nfl positions and rugby positions would translate well, but most would have huge hurdles to overcome to fit into the other.
