I've been in knife fights like these. An adrenaline rush you have to hold back then control in attacking. Your body knows any forward move could potentially be your last but you have to do it anyway. Don't take your eyes off your enemies knife hand.

The hardest to learn is judging your opponents arm reach distance from the constant moving stance and the time it takes for you to move in for a strike when you find a split second opportunity.
