That woman with a child seemed a bit upset, I mean not so upset that she would actually try to help the situation by checking vitals or seeing if the woman might be able to survive if she were rendered aid of any kind.
Well trucks have to be built that way and you can still see people who are going to be entering your driving space. It's the fault of the controller, not the build of the vehicle.
