An elevator shaft collapsed during repairs in the center of Moscow: terrible footage was caught on video

The structure collapsed along with the workers. One employee fell along with the shaft onto the asphalt, the second hung on a metal beam.

Seems all the intelligent Ruskies are either dead or having bombs dropped on them..... That just leaves the idiots to do the normal work and this is how it goes.
