I was thinking this morning that World War III will be more about people descending into a kill or get killed society. That all the 80 years of peace have done is to build evolutionary pressure that now will inevitably lead to an increased level of violence, humans need to make war as a mechanism of societal health and survival. We stripped ourselves the ability to make healthy wars, by means of nuclear deterrence and international treaties and human rights and whatnot and now we don’t have a healthy society anymore. All successful empires and civilisations revolved around strong armies and their geopolitical standing. People will get mad eventually and raise and there will be more random killings of hate or systemic killings of a group until it grows into a full blown war. We re not headed for peace and violence and hate will be everydays currency
