Like you say, the article said shit about the attacker. That and the fact they are looking at the motive, let’s just say the person is either a muzzie of a different strip than the victim or he could be the same. He could be a “brown” person of ANY stripe so this is why they are not saying anything about the motive—basically that brings one to the “hate crime” motive. Essentially pin a “hate crime“ on him. But ”hate crime laws” seem retarded to me. Imagine if person A attacks or kills person B for no other reason than they simply hate the person. Not because they of their religion because both may very well not have any formal religion. Person A may be exacting revenge on B for something B did to A. Yet, THIS is not considered a “hate crime.” Hate, pure and simple is not and cannot be enough. It seems as if there have to be other attachments such as sex, religion, sexuality, etc. So why should those things matter? I may say, I don’t like black people but murder a black man simply because I hated him for some reason other than his skin. The use of the term “hate” or “hate crime” seems inappropriate as can we REALLY SAY that there is hate for a particular group but we don’t know anyone specific in that group?
